Owner & Stylist

As a long-time local hairstylist, Julie has been voted a top stylist by the Ashland Sneak Preview. After training as a cosmetologist at the Oregon Institute of Cosmetology, she began her career as an apprentice at Salon Isabella in 2005 and has been passionate about the industry ever since.

“The best part of my job is my connections with my clients. I listen and learn to find the perfect style that makes them look and feel their best while being practical and easy to maintain. My loyal, returning clients become my friends and family, and they make this career a joy. I love my job and can’t picture doing anything else.”

KELLY GRIMES

Stylist

Kelly has thrived as an Ashland hairstylist and is a Northwest College of Beauty graduate. She enjoys the creativity and artistic freedom of hairstyling, all while adapting to and implementing the ever-changing techniques of the industry. Kelly is well-versed in working with all lengths of hair and hair textures, from classic short-faded cuts to free-hand coloring and foiled highlights, soft natural lived-in color, and everything in between. Her years of experience have provided her with the confidence to create a look that best fits her client’s wishes, personality, and needs. Her success in her role has resulted in an ever-growing list of returning clients.

REBEKAH OSBORNE

STYLIST

Rebekah graduated from Lytle’s Redwood Empire Beauty College in Santa Rosa, CA, in 2014 before moving to Ashland, OR. She became a cosmetologist to help people understand their hair and discovered a passion for bringing out people’s ideal representation of themselves. Rebekah specializes in custom blonding, color corrections, and vivid hair color transformations, emphasizing maintaining healthy hair.

Sage Quayle

STYLIST

Sage is a Southern Idaho native who spent ten years in Seattle before moving to Southern Oregon in 2020. She worked at Rudy’s, a West Coast classic originating in the Puget Sound area. Sage specializes in women’s and men’s cuts; she is also certified in 4 methods of hair extensions using natural Remy human hair that is ethically sourced. Sage has been a stylist since 2014 and is licensed in three states. She enjoys creating trendy hairstyles and colors within her work while keeping up to date in the industry. Sage is there to listen actively to ensure her guests always leave feeling optimistic about their hair while developing a lasting relationship with each client.

Brooke Belle

Brooke Belle, a seasoned stylist with 11 years of experience, has honed her craft in the vibrant Bay Area. Specializing in coloring and extensions, she brings a dynamic and creative touch to her work. Beyond her technical prowess, Brooke is known for fostering genuine connections with her clients. She not only transforms their looks but cherishes the relationships she builds, creating a salon experience that goes beyond the chair.
